First ticket was 12:30 to 06:10 Lyon, then 7:00 to 8:30 Grenoble, but we entered 12:30 and got to Lyon at 8:30. Then you expected us to wait again another 8 hours at 16:00 and get to Grenoble at 17:30.

Bus wasn't on the station
We arrived at the station around 23 pm but bus was not there so we where there for waiting till 23:30 pm...I was trying to contact bla bla customer service. But I couldn't reach. You don't provide the exact location as well as not the contact no,,, it was your mistake you have to give the exact location and phone no, dropping stop is not the same moving stop you make us really confused it's 100% your mistake, we spend few hours for waiting the bus.

Your driver scammed and tried to kidnap me

C'est le pire chauffeur que j'aie jamais eu. Il avait indiqué un point de rendez-vous où je suis arrivée en avance, mais il était en retard et m'a fait attendre 40 minutes.
Finalement, il m'a dit qu'il ne me retrouverait plus au point de rendez-vous. Il a annulé la course après ces 40 minutes d'attente, me laissant en plan et sans moyen de transport pour arriver à destination. Cet homme est un escroc et son compte devrait être désactivé de l'application BlaBlaCar. Il est très malhonnête et impoli.
Pourquoi indiquer un point de rendez-vous sur l'application et me demander de le retrouver ailleurs ? Vous voulez me kidnapper ?
