Worst experience ever,my friend and I booked a ticket from Paris to Barcelona and we were left stranded at Limoges for to some reason and we will be booked for an alternative bus,its over 24 hours and BlaBlaCar hasn't found solution, we have lost over 400 in this process of figuring out a way out of here and where to spend the nights,no other train or bus to Barcelona unfortunately , its really unfair because we are strangers and we cant speak French and even the driver that brought us was rude. We really want to get out of here!!!and get All our money back.BlaBlaCar should be cancelled completely,

- Rude drivers

Jai déjà envoyé un mail concernant mon problème qui nétait pas réglé jusquà maintenant, et je ne sais pas quoi faire .
Je vais vous dire mon problème une autre fois , jai réservé un bus de marseille à Strasbourg à 94,26 euro pour le 23 décembre, le montant que vous avez retiré cest 108 euros ce qui veut dire que vous avez retenu à peu près 14 euros en plus , quand meme la facturation était de 94,26 sur mon mail. Merci de revérifier parce que je suis vraiment très
déçu parce que vous mavez pas répondu quavec un mail qui na rien réglé de mon problème. Veuillez trouver ci-dessous un capture décran de ce qui était retenu de ma compte et la facturation pour que vous comparez entre les deux.
